How it works

What happens when you scan it?

A digital menu is a page of categories, items, photos and prices that opens quickly on a phone. When the QR on the table is scanned, your menu opens with category tabs.

You can add tags like vegan, vegetarian, spicy, gluten-free, new or best seller to items, and mark sold-out items as “sold out” with one tap.

Thanks to the live preview in the editor, you see the menu your customers will see before saving. Logo, cover image, accent color and light/dark theme options fit the menu to your brand.

Tips

For best results

  • Take item photos from above in daylight; the menu looks far more appetizing.
  • Keep descriptions short: ingredients and portion size are enough.
  • Use tags for allergen information; customers can filter quickly.
  • Instead of deleting sold-out items, mark them “sold out”; turn them back on with one tap the next day.
  • Print the QR on table cards at least 3 × 3 cm so it reads easily in dim light too.
Before printing
  • Print the code at least 2 × 2 cm; make it bigger as scanning distance grows (about 1/10 of the distance).
  • Use a dark pattern on a light background. Some phones can't read inverted codes.
  • Don't crop the space around the code; the quiet zone is needed for readability.
  • Send SVG to the printer; as a vector it stays sharp at any size.
  • Test the final print file with at least two different phones.
