Terms of use

By using QRandQR.com you agree to the terms below. We've tried to keep them short and clear.

Last updated: September 29, 2026

This is a translation of the Turkish original; in case of any discrepancy, the Turkish text prevails.

1. Parties and scope

These terms govern the relationship between QRandQR.com (“we”), which operates the QRandQR.com website and all services offered through it (the “Service”), and the person using the Service (“you”).

Using the Service, with or without an account, means you have read and accepted these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the Service. How your personal data is processed is described separately in the Privacy policy.

2. Description of the service

QRandQR.com lets you create, design and download QR codes as PNG or SVG for content such as websites, text, email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, Wi-Fi, business cards, locations and events. Members can also save their codes and create dynamic codes (short links, link pages, content pages) and digital menus.

The Service is free. If a paid feature is offered in the future, this will be clearly announced in advance; no retroactive fees will be charged for existing free features.

3. Account

  • You must provide a correct email address when creating an account. When you sign in with Google or Apple, the information those providers have verified as belonging to you is used.
  • You're responsible for the security of your account and password. If you notice unauthorized use of your account, change your password immediately; changing the password signs out sessions on other devices.
  • Your account is personal; you can't transfer it to someone else. If you use it on behalf of a business, you confirm that you're authorized to bind that business to these terms.
  • To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.

4. Acceptable use

Because QR codes send scanners to other content, they're open to abuse. Therefore you may not use the Service for the following:

  • Redirecting to pages for phishing, fraud or collecting credentials;
  • Distributing malware, viruses or unwanted software;
  • Promoting illegal goods or services, gambling or prohibited substances;
  • Child abuse, hate speech, incitement to violence, harassment or content that violates others' personal rights;
  • Content that infringes someone else's intellectual property rights, trademarks or personal data;
  • Sending bulk unsolicited messages (spam);
  • Harming the Service's infrastructure, overloading it, sending automated or bulk requests; attempts to guess short addresses or bypass password protection.

We may remove content and short addresses we believe violate these rules without prior notice, and suspend or close the related account. Where legally required, we cooperate with the competent authorities.

Some limits apply for fair use (e.g. 100 dynamic links and 20 digital menus per account, file size limits). These limits keep the Service fast and free for everyone.

5. Content and intellectual property

You keep all rights to the content you write into QR codes, upload or publish (text, links, logos, photos, menus). You allow us to use this content to the extent needed to provide the Service (storing, processing, displaying as QR codes and pages). This permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to the content you upload and that it doesn't infringe the rights of third parties.

You can use the QR codes you create for personal or commercial purposes, with no watermark or attribution requirement. The site's design, software, logo and texts belong to us and may not be copied without permission.

Brand logos among the preset icons (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.) are trademarks of their owners and should only be used to refer to the related service.

6. Dynamic codes and short addresses

Dynamic codes (short link, link page, content page, digital menu) point to a short address on our server. These codes keep working only as long as your account and the related item are active:

  • When you unpublish or delete an item, people scanning the code can't reach the content.
  • Deleted items are kept in the trash for 90 days and can be restored; after that they're permanently deleted.
  • When you delete your account, all your dynamic codes stop working immediately.
  • Short addresses are generated randomly and can't be changed or transferred to another account.

Static codes, on the other hand, carry their content directly, so they keep working independently of your account and the Service.

7. Continuity of the service

We work to provide the Service without interruptions or errors; however, interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical failures or reasons beyond our control. The Service is provided “as is” and its fitness for a particular purpose is not guaranteed.

We recommend always testing your codes before using them in print. You should keep your own backups of important content (e.g. the SVG files you download).

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, printing costs or data loss arising from the use or inability to use the Service, or for the content of third-party sites that QR codes redirect to. Liability arising from intent or gross negligence is reserved.

You're responsible for the content of the codes you create and how they're used. You agree to cover damages arising from claims third parties bring against us due to your breach of these terms.

9. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Account settings page; your saved QR codes, menus, links and connected sign-in accounts are deleted along with it.

If you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, we may suspend or close your account. Where possible, we'll notify you by email in advance.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current text is always published on this page and the “Last updated” date changes. We announce important changes to members by email or on the site. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are acting as a consumer, your rights under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 are reserved.
